Sheila was born and raised in Kentucky, the oldest of six girls.  She joined the U.S. Air Force after high school, and as a result, saw and lived in some very interesting places.  While serving in the Philippines, she met and married the love of her life, and now has three lovely children and an amazing granddaughter.

The City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Stormwater Permit mandates the City of Camas to implement a Source Control Program to prevent and reduce pollutants in runoff from areas that discharge to the City’s MS4.  This program applies operational source control best management practices (BMPs), and if necessary, structural source control

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas, Administrative Services, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington, until 10:00 A.M., on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, and will then and there be publicly read for the construction of the improvement.

Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "RFQ Camas RFAs System Evaluation and Well 13 Treatment Design".
