Temporary Change to Finance Department Hours
Effective Monday, April 20, 2026, the Finance Department lobby is moving to a temporary schedule to accommodate staffing transitions and upcoming construction. Please note that while our physical lobby hours are changing, our staff remains available by phone during regular business hours.
Lobby Hours (In-Person Services)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Open 9 a.m. – 1p.m.
- Tuesday & Thursday: Closed to Walk-ins
Phone & Remote Support
- Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Our team is available throughout the day to assist you via phone and email. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

While our lobby doors may be closed during these times, we remain committed to assisting you:
- Phone Support: Our team will be available via phone to answer questions and provide assistance during standard business hours as capacity allows.
- Online Services: Residents are encouraged to use the Camas Connect app or our website portal for utility payments and service requests 24/7.
- Drop Box: Our secure payment drop box remains available for check or money order payments.
