Permit Inspections

Inspection request are now through our online portal! Please login to Civic Access to request your next inspection! Inspections can be requested as early as next day. There are no building inspections on weekends and holidays.

If you have inspection questions or concerns please call 360-817-1568

For building (i.e., vertical construction) inspections; press 1.
For civil engineering (i.e., street tree, approach and encroachment) inspections; press 3.

All inspections must be made through the online portal, except STEP/STEF inspections. For tank inspections, please contact Public Works at 360-817-1563.

The Permit Center is closed 12-1 PM daily.

Construction Work Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 7 am to 5 pm
Sunday: prohibited all day and on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
