Meet the Staff - Maren Lopez

Maren is originally from Idaho. After finishing school in Utah, she moved to the PNW. She has lived in Camas for 8 years now with her family and loves to be able to call this city and area home. Maren has always loved visiting libraries, taking her kids to story time and weekly trips to carry out armfuls of books. She loves reading cookbooks and food memoirs, lots of fiction including magical realism or historical fantasy.  Her happy place is in the kitchen baking, listening and dancing to music. She loves to hike or run on trails, especially in Lacamas. She likes to play games and do puzzles and loves having friends over to her house. She is usually watching a couple tv shows or going to see a movie. Maren is excited to join the Camas Library!
