What is the Teen Library Council?

• Our Teen Library Council (TLC) provides teens ages 14-17 with the opportunity to make a positive difference in our community and have input in the way the Library serves teens.

What We Do:

• Promote and help out at children and teen programs.
• Serve as an integral part of our Summer Reading Program volunteer team. 
• Give back to the community through outreach projects.
• Provide input for what programs teens need from the Library.

Date-Due Reminders

Date-due reminders and autorenewed notifications are sent via email three days before materials are due.

Overdue Notices

Overdue notices are sent via email when items are 5 days late, 10 days late, and 20 days late.

Bills

Overdue items are charged on the account and notices sent via email if an item becomes 30 days overdue.

Borrowing privileges are suspended until the bill is paid or the item is returned.

Bills can be paid in-person or by mail.

MOST PHYSICAL ITEMS MAY RENEW UP TO 16* times; BOOK Kits may be renewed up to 7 times, STEM KITS MAY BE RENEWED UP TO 3 TIMES. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL TELL YOU THIS INFORMATION.

Items will not renew if another person is waiting for the item (via a hold). Please help each other share the collection by returning your items if they are not renewed.

When you apply online, you can choose to either have your library card mailed to you or pick up your library card at the library. 

Applicants under the age of 12 must have their parent/guardian/responsible adult fill out the application in order to receive a card.
