NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
OLIVER TERRACE SUBDIVISION
(File No. SUB25-1010)

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for “Oliver Terrace” a 12-lot single-family detached residential subdivision requesting preliminary plat approval was received on September 16, 2025, resubmitted February 6, 2026, and deemed technically complete on February 20, 2026. A public hearing is required for the development proposal and will be scheduled at a later date. A separate public notice for the public hearing will be mailed to all property owners within 300-feet of the subject development and published in the Post Record.

Location: The 18.15-acre site is zoned North Shore Lower Density Residential (LD-NS) and North Shore Mixed Use (MX-NS) in the City of Camas. The site is located at 1004 SE Everett Street west of SE Everett Street in the NW ¼ of Section 35 Township 2 North, Range 3 East, Camas, WA, Parcel Number: 178221-000.

Application Materials: The application included the following: project narrative, pre-application notes, preliminary plat plans, traffic study, tree survey, preliminary stormwater report, archaeological predetermination*, SEPA checklist, and critical area report.  Application materials are available for review from the Community Development Department during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
