Haly moved to the PNW in the winter of 2024. Finally freed from the scorching heat of Texas, she is enjoying getting the chance to be outside without feeling like she is engaging in deadly combat with the sun itself. Recently graduated from her MLS program (with a concentration in youth services), Haly is enjoying the freedom to read for pleasure instead of only reading for her classes. In her free time, she likes to game (video games, board games, ttrpgs), craft (knit, crochet, embroider, spin yarn) and nap with her dogs.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas, Administrative Services, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington, until 10:00am, on Thursday, July 24, 2025. Bids will then be opened and publicly read in the City Hall Council Chambers.
