May - Storied

Second Story Gallery will present Storied, a Call for Art inspired by literature and storytelling. We invited artists working in all media to submit work influenced by books, poems, myths, folktales, or language.

Opening Reception: Friday, May 1, 5-8 p.m.

Artist Talk: Wednesday, May 13, 6 p.m.

Call For Bids NW Sierra St. Pavement and ADA Improvements - City Project No. T1038

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas, Administrative Services, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, Washington, until 11:30am, on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, and will then and there be publicly read for the construction of the improvement.

The Second Story Gallery

 

The Second Story Gallery is an exhibition space located upstairs at the Camas Public Library. The Gallery was launched in the early 1980s by volunteers and has exhibited a wide variety of visual art shows throughout the years. The Gallery is currently managed by team of Library staff members that coordinates exhibitions year round.

The City of Camas solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil Engineering and related permitting for infrastructure - more specifically roadway design and traffic analysis. Consulting firms should have extensive experience working with WSDOT on local agency projects within WSDOT Right-of-Way, traffic studies, alternatives analysis, environmental permitting including work within shoreline buffers, and an understanding of the complexities of right-of-way acquisitions, cost estimating, and public outreach.
