Citizen Participation and Communications with Council Members
Agendas are published four days before the meeting and include the Zoom meeting details at the top of the agenda.
The Council encourages citizens to make a difference in their community by participating in Council meetings, community groups, or community causes.
Citizens can reach the Council members:
- Through the City Administrator’s Office at 360.834.6864, to leave a message
- By calling the Council member directly
- Through U.S. Mail addressed to Council and mailed to City of Camas, 616 NE 4th AVE, Camas, WA 98607
- By personally delivering mail to City Hall, 616 NE 4th AVE, Camas, where each Council member has a correspondence box
- By sending an email to the individual Council member or to all Council members at: council@cityofcamas.us
- Emails to the City are public records and subject to disclosure
- Emails provided to one or a few Council Members will be forwarded to include all Council Members
General meeting information and accommodations
The City of Camas welcomes the participation of its citizens in the public meeting process. Anyone interested may be heard at meetings. In addition, the Clerk’s office will receive written comments at any time at publiccomment@cityofcamas.us.
Parking and meeting rooms are accessible for persons with disabilities. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting.
