City Council Meetings - 7:00 p.m.

Agendas are published six days before the meeting and include the Zoom meeting details at the top of the agenda.

Meeting Information

City Council Meetings are held the first and third Monday of the month from 7:00 p.m. until adjournment at Camas City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue. To participate remotely, see the agenda, published four days before the meeting, for the Zoom details.  Note: if a holiday falls on the Monday of a Council meeting, the meeting is held on Tuesday.

City Council Workshops are also held the first and third Monday at Camas City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue. To participate remotely, see the agenda, published four days before the meeting, for the Zoom details.  Workshop meetings begin at 4:30 p.m.

Public Comments

There are two public comment periods included on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the City Council may come forward when invited (see Resident - Public Meetings Guidelines); please state your name and address for the record. Public comments are typically limited to three minutes, and written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk. Special instructions for public comments will be provided at the meeting if a public hearing or quasi-judicial matter is scheduled on the agenda. If there are items the public wishes to bring to Council that will take longer than three minutes, it is preferred the citizen present this topic to the City Administrator so he can determine if the matter should be scheduled into a regular meeting.

Agenda

An agenda is created for each meeting and posted as early as the Thursday before each meeting at City Hall, and on the City's website meetings page.

Minutes

Each Council meeting is video recorded. Minutes of each meeting are transcribed, approved by Council and maintained on the meetings page.
