Nourse Road Annexation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will occur on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 616 NE 4th Avenue;
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that residents can attend remotely per the details included on the agenda available on the City website a few days prior to the meetings www.cityofcamas.us/meetings;
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the purpose of this public hearing is to take public testimony in accordance with RCW 36.70B.170 and Camas Municipal Code (CMC) § 18.55.340 about a proposed annexation (File No. ANNEX24-1002);
The subject property is located south of SE Nourse Road and east of Camas High School, identified as Clark County Parcel nos. 178387000, 178377003, 123219000, 123219005, 178377002, 178377001, 178377000, 123222000, 123220000, 123200000, 178413000, 178427000, 178425000 and 178426000.
The proposed annexation area is comprised of 14 parcels with various owners. The parcels are approximately 53 acres in total. The Nourse Road annexation includes 14 lots with most lots containing one single family residence. All parcels are zoned R1-6 with a Clark County Urban Holding (UH-10) zoning overlay.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may be heard at the hearing. In addition, written testimony can be sent to publiccomments@cityofcamas.us at any time between this publication and the completion of the hearing; and
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing, and any non-English speaking person wishing to participate in the hearing, is asked to advise the City at least five days before the hearing by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 360-834-6864 or by email at administration@cityofcamas.us.
