(File No. SP26-1005 & PLATALT26-1001)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for “Parklands II Short Plat” an 8-lot short plat including a plat alteration for modifying the existing stormwater easements was received on April 3, 2026, and resubmitted on June 10, 2026, and deemed technically complete on June 24, 2026. A public hearing is required for the development proposal and will be scheduled at a later date. A separate public notice for the public hearing will be mailed to all property owners within 300-feet of the subject development and published in the Post Record.

Location: The +3.25-acre site is zoned Business Park (BP) and Residential 15,000 (R-15) in the City of Camas. The site is located at 3711 & 3815 NW Camas Meadows Dr in the SW ¼ of Section 28 Township 2 North, Range 3 East, Camas, WA, Parcel Numbers: 986043913 and 986043914.

Application Materials: The application included the following: project narrative, pre-application notes, preliminary plat plans, traffic study, preliminary stormwater report, preliminary geotechnical report, and mailing labels. Application materials are available for review from the Community Development Department during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
