Cooper's View Park

Coopers view park

This park is 2.5 acres. Some of the exciting features of this park include a nature-themed play area with slide, a log tunnel, boulders and large stepping stones, two picnic tables (with inlaid checkerboards), a seating wall, and trail.

This park was dedicated on May 10, 2017 making it the 14th park in the City of Camas Parks, Trails & Open Space System.

Fun fact: The Cooper’s Hawk (a similarity to the Cooper name!) is known to migrate through our Camas area on their way to either Canada or Mexico. Their habitat is typically open woodland, but are known to frequent our city neighborhoods in search of food.  Cooper’s View Park is one setting you may see a Cooper’s Hawk.
