Lacamas Creek Trail

Lacamas Creek Trail

A forest oasis in a rapidly developing suburban setting, Lacamas Creek trail is 0.7 miles and offers views of Lacamas Creek flowing below. At the beginning of the trail, most of the trees are maples and alders, offering spectacular fall colors in November. Douglas-firs predominate as you hike farther up Lacamas Creek. Soon you'll hear Lower Falls, a splashing slide falls with lots of exposed rock in the summer. Then you'll come to the McEnry Bridge, taking you over Lacamas Creek. After you cross the bridge, you will enter a four-way junction that connects you to the Lacamas Park trail system.

The trailhead parking lot is located on 3rd Avenue across the street from Louis Bloch Park.
