Camas Public Library Launches Library Card Design Contest

Camas Public Library Launches Library Card Design Contest

September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, and the Camas Public Library is celebrating in a big way! Community members are invited to help design the library’s next official card.

The contest is open to artists of all ages and skill levels, offering a chance to showcase creativity and have artwork featured on a card that will be used by community members for years to come. Submissions can be created in a wide range of artistic mediums, from painting and drawing to digital art and photography.

One winning design will be selected to become the new Camas Public Library card.

“This is such a fun way to celebrate the community’s role in the Library,” said Connie Urquhart, Library Director. “Creativity is at the heart of lifelong learning, and we can’t wait to see how those two come together in our new official library card.”

Details on how to enter, along with design templates and submission guidelines, are available on the library’s website: https://www.cityofcamas.us/library/page/library-card-design-contest
