Forms

1040 Forms and Instruction Booklets are available at the Library. If you need any additional forms printed, please call us at 360-834-4692 or send an email to library@cityofcamas.us.

AARP Tax-Aide

AARP Tax-Aide will be conducting all of their tax assistance virtually. There will be no in-person appointments at the Library. Learn more about AARP's tax services here. 

CASH Oregon

IRS-Certified volunteers will help you complete your taxes for free. The free tax preparation service will be virtual.

You do not need to be an Oregon resident. Here are the requirements:

  • Your 2021 household income is below $57,500, excluding Social Security income.
  • You don’t have any of the following:
    1. Rental property
    2. Adjustments on education expenses
    3. Self-employed income
