February 5, 2021 - February is Black History Month, and the Camas Public Library wants to celebrate it by highlighting some wonderful books by black authors available in our catalog. While there are lots of great works of fiction to spotlight, in this post I am focusing on several amazing cookbooks from black chefs that draw on the rich history of African-American cuisine.
