May 24 Simply Write Support Group: A monthly support gathering of writers, every fourth Thursday from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
May 24 Book 2 Art Club: Read the book, make some art & meet with others! May's book is Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk by Kathleen Rooney. Call 360.834.4692 to register your space. 6:30 - 8 pm.
May 30 Great Decisions 2018: Come listen to discussions from a grass-roots foreign policy group, held on the last Wednesday of the month from 1:30-3:30 pm.
Jun 1 First Friday: An opening reception for the new Second Story Gallery artist, featuring live music upstairs in the Camas Public Library from 6 - 8 pm.
Jun 2 Bee Club: A place to discuss beekeeping techniques, philosophy, activism, and more. Held on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am - noon.
Jun 6 Teen Zine: Come work on zines, comics, or other paper crafts in the Teen Room. Supplies provided. Every 1st Wednesday of the month 3 - 5pm.
Jun 8 LGBT Film Festival: Come watch 4 films/documentaries between 11 am - 3 pm. We will watch The Saint of Dry Creek, Pink Boy, La Cage aux Folles and Kumu Hina. 
Jun 9 Family Yoga: Family yoga time, provided by Erika Levy of Empress Yoga from 11 am - noon.
Jun 14 Forever Young Book Group: For adults who love to read young adult books! Meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of the month at Starbucks on 192nd from 6 - 7:45 pm.
Jun 15 Board Game Night: A monthly Friday night opportunity for Adults (18+) to come socialize and play games together from 6:30 - 9:30 pm. Games provided or bring your own. 
Jun 16 Family Yoga: Family yoga time, provided by Erika Levy of Empress Yoga from 11 am - noon.
Jun 19 Teen Make Me: A drop-in crafting time for 6th-12th graders from 3 - 5 pm.
Jun 23 Rene Denfeld, Author Event: Join us for an afternoon with child advocate and author, Rene Denfeld at 1 pm.

Weekly
Crochet Club: For all ages, elementary-aged children please attend with an adult. Meets every Thursday from 3 - 4:30 pm in the Teen Room.
Storytimes: Join us every weekday for storytimes in the library! See our storytime list for times. 
Read to the Dog: Kids, come read to Cooper, the Bernese Mountain Dog. Sign-up required. Call 360-834-4692 or come to the library to sign up.
English Conversation Club: A casual gathering of ESL speakers. 12:30-2pm every Tuesday. The club will take a Summer Break beginning July 17th through September 11th.
  Second Story Gallery
 

“Heat Wave,” May 4-25, Second Story Gallery, upstairs in the Camas Public Library.  One-of-a-kind fabric creations centering on the heat wave theme by High Fiber Diet, a special interest group of the Columbia Fiber Arts Guild.  Opening reception from 5 to 8 p.m. on First Friday.  For the remainder of the month, the gallery is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.  360-834-4692 www.secondstorygallery.net
