Apr 21 Children's Local Author Fair: Meet three local authors- Gretchen McLellan, Laurel Gale & Karla Von Huben from 2 - 5 pm.
Apr 23 Movie Showing- Straws: Come watch the independent documentary about plastic straws and their impact on ocean pollution at 6:30 pm.
Apr 25 Great Decisions 2018: Come listen to discussions from a grass-roots foreign policy group, held on the last Wednesday of the month from 1:30-3:30 pm.

DIY Garden Containers: Learn from Master Gardener Laura Heldreth to express your creativity as you find and design your own DIY containers out of salvaged objects at 2 pm.

May 2 Teen Zine: Come work on zines, comics, or other paper crafts in the Teen Room. Supplies provided. Every 1st Wednesday of the month 3 - 5pm.
May 4 First Friday: An opening reception for the new Second Story Gallery artist, featuring live music upstairs in the Camas Public Library from 6 - 8 pm.
May 5 Bee Club: A place to discuss beekeeping techniques, philosophy, activism, and more. Held on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am - noon.
May 11 Friends & Foundation Book Sale: All day book sale! Come see what is to offer. All proceeds support the Camas Public Library. We are in need of volunteer support for the Sale, see times here

Weekly
Crochet Club: For all ages, elementary-aged children please attend with an adult. Meets every Thursday from 3 - 4:30 pm in the Teen Room.
Storytimes: Join us every weekday for storytimes in the library! See our storytime list for times. 
Read to the Dog: Kids, come read to Cooper, the Bernese Mountain Dog. Sign-up required. Call 360-834-4692 or come to the library to sign up.
English Conversation Club: A casual gathering of ESL speakers. 12:30-2pm every Tuesday.
  Second Story Gallery
  “Nature’s Beauty on Canvas,” April 6 through April 28, Second Story Gallery, upstairs in the Camas Public Library. Painted landscapes by Walter Sanders, many inspired by walks through the Northwest or possibly the southeastern United States, where this artist started out. An opening reception will also feature live music as part of First Friday in downtown Camas. For the remainder of the month, the gallery is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. 360-834-4692 www.secondstorygallery.net.
