Aug. 19, 2022 -The United States Supreme Court has been active recently, and the Camas Public Library is a wonderful resource for the community to learn more about it. Aside from the books on our shelves (some are listed below), patrons are able to access a wealth of resources to learn more about the history of, current writings on, and opposing viewpoints of decisions being made by the highest court.

A great place to start researching the Supreme Court, or any topic, is at the Online Resources & Databases section of the Camas Public Library website. 
 

Once you click on Online Resources & Databases you will be directed to the many resources available to you as a patron. You will see a selection of topics by category. If you’d like to search for opposing viewpoints on a current topic, scroll down to the bottom. There you will see Issues & Viewpoints. Click on this link.

To go deeper into your search, click on Opposing Viewpoints on the next menu.

Once you are at this new page, you will see a search box. To start your research you would type your search terms here. To learn more about the opposing viewpoints on issues being decided on by the Supreme Court, you would select that search option.
