Catalog Update

January 6, 2023-A new catalog is now available for Library patrons, and we’re excited to share some of the neat features you will encounter. Start using the catalog now at: https://www.cityofcamas.us/librarycatalog

 

Format Roll-Up

Nowadays the Library has numerous formats for various titles; you might find the print book, a large print version, the digital eBook and audiobook, as well as the book on CD. What this means is a lot of scrolling on the search results… that is, until the roll-up. Now explore the various formats we own all in one view! At a quick glance you’ll be able to see if the book is available now, or currently checked out. Digital records from OverDrive & Hoopla will be available to checkout from the catalog as well.

 

Bookshelf and Lists

Ever search the catalog and find lots of titles you may want to read? Ever think “I need to remember this for later?” Click the bookmark icon on any title to add them to your lists. Create as many as you want! Maybe you want to save some holiday reads to refer back to next year, or maybe you want to find books to fulfill a New Year reading challenge. Maybe you just want to keep these titles on your “To Read” list. The possibilities are endless! Concepts
